Welcome to our coastal cottage Upstairs at Trout Street Bar & Grill Restaurant!   This quaint well appointed unit with ship lap walls has a cozy cottage feeling that overlooks our little harbor town.   As you enter this space you are welcomed by a sitting area that has a full pull out couch and flat screen HDTV .  This space adjoins a full kitchenette equipped with a 2 stove top burner, sink, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker.   Enjoy a Plush Queen size bed, it has a lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower and loads of storage.  This is a perfect home for a long vacation.

Walk to the Port A Flats, shopping or enjoy lounging on the shared upstairs veranda.  This is the perfect spot to enjoy your early morning coffee or you can order from Trout Street Bar & Grill Delivery and enjoy Lunch or Dinner.  Catch some sun on the outdoor deck or relax under the stars at night.

This unit also comes with a reserved parking space so you can park your car and walk to all the downtown destinations. Enjoy the night life, shopping, fishing guides.....everything that Port A has to offer!

If you have a large group Trout Street Condos Upstairs are perfect!  You can rent units 1, 2 and or 3!  All three condos together sleep 16!
