OUR ENDLESS VIEW...

This condo is our Water View Unit!  What a spectacular view it is!   This three bedroom condo has a panoramic view of the Port Aransas Harbor and the Trout Street Yacht Basin Marina.  Each room of this unit features high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows!  As you enter the main living area you are immediately welcomed by the amazing Harbor Views!   This unit has Mahogany floors throughout, shiplap walls and comfortable, elegant furniture. 5 HDTV's with Dish TV and so much more.  Elegance at it finest!  

 

The Master that we like to call the "Casita" is located off the huge back veranda. This room is stunning and the views it offers are incredible. This is a very private room from the rest of the unit. It has a king size bed, sitting area, flat screen TV and a private bathroom.  Once you enter this room you immediately notice the mahogany floors, shiplap walls and the incredible views.  You may not want to ever leave!

This Condo also features a Bunk room that sleeps 6. There are two bunks separated by a wood drawer staircase.  They both have a queen bed on the bottom and a twin on top.  This room also has wonderful views of the harbor,  flat screen Dish TV, and has a full bath. 

The second Master bedroom is stunning as well, with shiplap walls and great views of the harbor. It features a King size bed, flat screen Dish TV and has its own private bathroom with a large closet.

The full kitchen, Living room and dining area also have full views of the harbor. This unit has a washer and dryer and sleeps 10.

You will also enjoy the covered veranda space while lounging on the oversized couch or order from Trout Street Bar and Grill and enjoy an incredible dining experience.

This unit is perfect for a large family or a couple of families on a long luxurious vacation! This unit offers a full kitchen, dining, laundry and sleeps 10. If you need more space you can also rent unit 1 or 3 or both which will sleep 16.

Fun Fact:  Before Hurricane Harvey this space was used as a party room and offices. It had a full commercial kitchen and bar. The Kitchen, Master, Living and Dining used to be the main upstairs dining.  The Bunk Room used to be the kitchen and the Casita was our Manager office.  We were forced to gut the entire upstairs so we took advantage of the space.  Notice the hardwood floors!  These floors came from Belize and the wood is over 100 years old.
